SHIPPING POLICY

Here at Boss Club Clothing orders placed within the United States are shipped out within 3 to 5 business days^* by the US Postal Service depending on your location in the US. Note: Please allow 2 days for processing.
The address provided must be accurate, Boss Club Clothing is not responsible for packages delivered with incorrect addresses. 
Please be advise all Boss Club Clothing custom orders are made by hand. Your custom order will be shipped within 7 to 10 business days^* after your purchase with Boss Club Clothing. An exact shipping date may be provided upon request by emailing: info@bossclubclothing.com
* Rush orders may be available by contacting the above email address.

If you would like to ship to a different address please make note of the correct shipping address at checkout. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Please know that at any time, especially holidays, our order processing time may increase.

Boss Club Clothing reserves the right to increase the production time, no cancellations will be accepted.

CUSTOM ORDER CANCELLATION

No orders may be canceled. If you have placed an order for custom design, it can be canceled within the first 24 hours after the deposit is made free of charge. However, because your items are a one-of-a-kind item, personally tailored made for your special day, orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a handling fee equaling full deposit amount placed under order. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
